Take the lead as the Manager of Tissue Services at Valmet, overseeing operations across North America. This role focuses on customer service, project execution, and sales support to enhance profitability and satisfaction. In this managerial position, you will be responsible for developing and managing tissue services in North America.

You will execute a comprehensive business plan approved by Tissue Business Line Management, directly impacting sales and gross profits. Your leadership will guide a service sales team, promote Valmet products, and coordinate various customer service activities across the region. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and develop tissue services for North American customers
- Formulate and execute a business plan for Tissue Services




- Drive sales and ensure profitability for TM SER functions
- Oversee Yankee Services and coordinate mill maintenance audits
- Provide technical sales support and direction to teams

Requirements:

- B.S. degree in engineering or equivalent experience
- Eight years in the tissue industry with customer sales exposure
- Solid ability to travel internationally and domestically
- Valid driver's license for travel and site visits
- Experience in direct customer contact and teamwork
