About the Role

Monarch Health is seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing & Growth Specialist to strengthen our brand, increase awareness of our services, and support the continued growth of our healthcare and home-care programs.

The successful candidate will develop and implement marketing strategies, create engaging content, generate leads, and build strong relationships with community and referral partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing and growth strategies aligned with company goals.
- Create engaging content for social media, newsletters, websites, advertising and promotional materials.
- Manage social media accounts and maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels.
- Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns, community events, promotions and outreach initiatives.
- Generate qualified leads and identify opportunities to attract new clients.
- Build relationships with healthcare providers, senior-living communities, community organizations and referral partners.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify emerging trends and growth opportunities.
- Monitor website traffic, social media engagement, campaign performance and lead-generation results.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, referrals, partnerships, and marketing activities.
- Prepare regular performance reports and recommendations for leadership.
- Ensure marketing activities comply with privacy requirements,



company policies and applicable healthcare advertising standards.
- Perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications

- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
- Three to five years of relevant experience in marketing, business development, growth or a similar role.
- Demonstrated experience with digital marketing, social media management, content creation and lead generation.
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent relationship-building, networking and organizational abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with others.
- Experience in healthcare, home care or seniors’ services is considered an asset.

Compensation The annual salary for this position is $60,000–$70,000, based on qualifications and experience. How to Apply -
