This role focuses on hands-on implementation and configuration expertise for IBM Maximo Manage in the Corporate Real Estate Management Division. You will be responsible for Maximo design, data migration, and integration, ensuring that various functionalities such as asset management and preventive maintenance work seamlessly.

- Provide Maximo design recommendations and decisions

- 10+ years Maximo configuration experience required
- Three complete cycle implementations as a consultant
