National Director of Business Development

Full Time Edmonton, AB, CA Develop and execute the business development strategy aligned with long-term growth objectives Lead the end‑to‑end lead strategy across all variable operations, optimizing performance across OEM, third‑party, paid, and organic sources Improve lead generation funnels to enhance quality, conversion, and speed‑to‑contact Ensure strong alignment across Marketing, BDC, and Dealership Operations on lead management processes and execution Own and optimize the CRM platform (CDK), including structure, workflows, templates, and automation (phone, email, SMS) Establish and enforce best‑in‑class CRM utilization and lead management standards across all locations Bridge BDC and showroom operations to ensure seamless customer handoffs and consistent in‑store execution Provide on‑site dealership support to reinforce standards, improve execution, and elevate the customer experience Design and lead training, coaching, and performance programs for BDC and sales teams, including audits and workshops Define and track KPIs across lead generation, conversion, CRM compliance, and digital vs.
