Mining Mechanics - Musselwhite - 14/14 - Camp + Paid Flights - Up to $157,000/year - Thunder Bay, ON
The Redpath Group is seeking experienced Mining Mechanics for their Musselwhite project near Thunder Bay, Ontario. Mechanics will work a 14/14 rotation in a remote camp setting, performing maintenance and repairs on a variety of underground mining equipment. This role is ideal for candidates with strong diagnostic skills and a commitment to safety in challenging environments.

What You’ll Need
- Ontario Hard Rock Underground Service Type Common Core (or other provincial equivalent) (required)
- Basic literacy (read, write, basic math and read blue print) required
- Ability to read and understand hydraulic/electrical schematics
- Ability to use engine/powertrain diagnostic software
- Ability to service/diagnose diesel engines and powertrain/brake components
- Knowledge of WHMIS legislation and MSDS sheets
- Solid organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to adapt to varying work environments
What Will Make You Stand Out
- Journeyman level qualification (trade school or college diploma) (preferred)
- High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- 3 years’ experience in an underground mining environment (preferred)
