We are seeking an experienced Medical Aesthetician/Lash Technician with a background in medical aesthetics to deliver an exceptional customer experience in our luxury spa. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of medical aesthetics treatments such as body treatments, facials, laser therapies, skin rejuvenation, and eyelash extension application.
Key Responsibilities:
- Medical Aesthetics: Perform medical aesthetic treatments, ensure best practices, and stay updated on industry trends.
- Customer Service: Ensure a premium, personalized experience for every guest and handle inquiries or concerns professionally.
- Business Development: Work with marketing to promote medical aesthetics services and drive revenue growth.
- Compliance & Safety:
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, particularly for medical treatments.
Requirements:
- Experience working in a spa or wellness business, with knowledge of medical aesthetics (body treatments, facials, laser, etc.).
- Certification or training in aesthetics.
- Solid leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage and post on social media platforms
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $17.60-$49.00 per hour
