Role Description The Medical Doctor at THE CANADIAN DRUG MART will provide on-site clinical support to patients as walk -in and Family doctor , This is a full-time, on-site role based in Belleville, ON, requiring consistent presence during pharmacy operating hours and participation in quality improvement and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

Valid medical degree (MD or equivalent)



and license to practice medicine in Ontario, in good standing.

Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with experience managing common primary care conditions.

Knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, and safe prescribing practices in a community setting.

Ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with patients, families, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.

Commitment to patient-centered care, ethical practice, and maintaining confidentiality and regulatory compliance.

Comfort working in a rapid-paced, retail healthcare environment and collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.

Experience with electronic medical records and accurate documentation of patient encounters.

Additional training or experience in family medicine, internal medicine, or community health is an asset.

Availability for full-time on-site work in Oakville, ON, including possible evening or weekend shifts as needed.
