Job Overview

We are seeking a full-time Medical Administrator to join our busy cardiology office.

Responsibilities

- Greet patients professionally and promptly at the front desk, performing intake duties and readying charts

- We have a multi-line phone system and also communicate with patients via Medeo and e-mail

- Assisting the Doctor, Technologists and Office Manager with patient scheduling, office organization and inventory upkeep

- Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines

Skills

- Proficiency in EMR Systems. Accuro preferred but not required.

- Intermediate knowledge of Medical Terminology and Pharmacological Terminology

- Previous Medical Office or experience preferred (1-2 years minimum preferred but not required)





- Adaptability in being able to manage a multi-clinic setting with physicians and technologists

- Solid communication skills to interact professionally with patients, staff, and providers

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
