Are you an experienced Medical Office Assistant (MOA) looking for a outstanding opportunity in a friendly, professional family medicine clinic? Lilium Medical Clinic is seeking a dedicated part-time MOA to join our team.

Position Details:

- Location: Lilium Medical Clinic, 202-3330 Richter Street, Kelowna, BC
- Part-Time: Starting fall 2026
- Compensation: $23 - $26 hourly (based on experience)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday part-time between the hours of 7:30 am - 4:00 pm (no evenings or weekends). Statutory holidays off.

Responsibilities:

- Greeting and assisting patients with a smile.
- Scheduling appointments and managing online bookings.
- Handling phone inquiries and patient communications.
- Updating and maintaining accurate electronic medical records (Telus Collaborative Health Record experience preferred).
- Assisting with general office tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Education:

- Medical Office Assistant Certificate (preferred)
- Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

- MOA: 1 year (preferred)
