We are currently seeking a compassionate, reliable and organized Medical Office Assistant (MOA) to join our team. The successful candidate will play an integral role in supporting clinic operations, enhancing patient experience, and ensuring efficient administrative workflow within a outpatient primary care setting.

The successful candidate’s requirements
- Completion of a Medical Office Assistant certificate or diploma program preferred
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification considered an asset
- Experience working in a medical office,



primary care, or health services environment preferred
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) preferred; AVA EMR is considered an asset
- Knowledge of Alberta primary care billing processes and AHCIP considered an asset
