TMVC is currently looking for a proactive and highly efficient Part-time MOA to join our team in our Kamloops Clinic. This role will suit a motivated individual who likes to provide a pleasant experience for clients and who is looking for part time/casual work. Must be available for weekly/ bi weekly shift (includes some Saturdays) and vacation/sick coverage. Would suit a retired/semi retired individual.

Travel Medicine & Vaccination Centre (TVMC) is a privately owned and operated company with multiple locations in BC. Key Responsibilities

Reception office duties

- Greeting and registering clients
- General office duties, including faxing and scanning and ordering office supplies




- Handling clinic flow and keeping the space clean and presentable
- Creating invoices and processing payments
- Explaining/selling services and products to clients
- Booking follow-up appointments
- End of day closing

Skills & Qualifications:
- Completed High school
- MOA diploma or combination of the equivalent education and experience.
- 2- 3 years experience in an administrative role
- 3+ years customer service experience

Expected start date: As soon as possible Job Type: Part-time, Permanent (4 - 8 hours per week)

Salary: $22-$23.50 per hour

Pay: $22.00-$23.50 per hour
