We are a growing foot care and orthotics clinic dedicated to providing professional, friendly, and patient-centered care. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and provide excellent customer service
- Answer phone calls, emails, and schedule appointments
- Assist patients with check-in and check-out
- Handle patient records and maintain accurate documentation
- Process payments and insurance information
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable handling paperwork and administrative tasks accurately
- Friendly, professional, and patient-focused attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a medical or healthcare office is an asset but not required
- Experience with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills is preferred
