Recruiter Santa

Clara, CA or Toronto, Canada (3x a week in office) We're hiring a Recruiter to build and own global full-cycle recruiting across North America, Europe, and eventually Asia. You'll be responsible for the entire recruiting function: from workforce planning and sourcing strategy to candidate experience, employer branding, and offer acceptance. In your first year, you'll establish a scalable,



predictable recruiting function, build strong pipelines across technical and go-to-market roles, and become a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers and leadership.
