Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Millwright / Welder to join our manufacturing and industrial maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining machinery and equipment critical to our production processes. Your expertise in welding, mechanical systems, electrical components, and troubleshooting will ensure optimal operation and safety across our facilities.

Duties

- Install, align, dismantle, and repair industrial machinery using welding techniques and mechanical knowledge
- Read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and maintenance manuals to troubleshoot issues effectively
- Perform welding tasks including arc welding, MIG, TIG, and other techniques to repair or fabricate equipment components
- Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential failures or safety hazards
- Utilize Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) for troubleshooting automation systems and ensuring proper operation
- Maintain accurate records using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for work orders, inspections, and repairs
- Collaborate with electrical teams on low voltage systems, electrical wiring, and industrial electrician tasks
- Support HVAC systems, boilers, and other mechanical systems to ensure efficient operation




- Follow safety protocols diligently while working with high-voltage electrical components or hazardous materials
- Assist in analysis of mechanical failures to improve maintenance procedures and reduce downtime

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Millwright or industrial maintenance technician with strong welding skills (arc, MIG, TIG)
- Knowledge of schematics, mechanical systems, electrical wiring diagrams, and troubleshooting techniques
- Familiarity with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), CMMS software, and low voltage electrical systems
- Hands-on experience working with HVAC units, boilers, or other mechanical infrastructure is preferred
- Strong understanding of industrial electrician practices and electrical safety standards
- Excellent analysis skills for diagnosing equipment issues quickly and accurately
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics confidently in a fast-paced setting
- Good communication skills in English for effective teamwork and safety reporting
- Mechanical knowledge related to manufacturing processes and maintenance procedures is essential
