This position includes a 4x4 schedule rotation of day and night shifts. As a Mine Operations Supervisor, you will report to the Senior Supervisor and ensure efficient operations in the Elk Valley, British Columbia.

- Lead and mentor operations crew towards achieving targets
- Optimize truck, shovel, drilling, and blasting functions




- Enforce safety programs and environmental regulations
- Read mine plans and coordinate with engineering staff
- Participate in safety investigations and industrial relations

Requirements:

- Valid Open Pit Shift Boss certificate is required
- Minimum three years in open pit mining operations
- Robust knowledge of BC Health and Safety Codes
- Experience with Wenco Dispatch system preferred
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License or equivalent
