We are seeking a motivated and professional Mobile Jr.

Leasing

Agent to join our property management team. This role involves engaging with prospective tenants, managing leasing processes, and supporting property operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, administrative expertise, and familiarity with property management software such as Tenant Turner. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your career in real estate and property management within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

- Greet prospective tenants and provide detailed information about available properties
- Conduct property tours/rental open houses and answer questions regarding leasing terms and community amenities
- Manage leasing documentation, including applications
- Generate leads through various marketing channels, such as ILS, social media, and CRM
- Utilize Tenant Turner or similar property management systems for data entry, record keeping, and reporting
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining tenant files
- Support customer relationship management efforts to foster positive tenant interactions




- Handle phone inquiries with professional phone etiquette and provide exceptional customer service
- Coordinate with management to ensure property upkeep
- Negotiate lease terms with prospective tenants to secure favourable agreements for both parties

Experience

- Experience in sales or customer service roles is highly desirable
- Familiarity with property management software such as Tenant Turner is a plus
- Knowledge of property management practices and lease negotiation techniques is advantageous
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry and filing tasks
- Excellent communication skills, including professional phone etiquette
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced setting

Pay: $1,000.00-$3,000.00 per month
