Key Responsibilities

- Assemble mold bases according to detailed drawings, CAD files, and specifications.
- Fit, align, and adjust mold components to achieve proper fit and function.
- Disassemble, clean, de burr, tap holes and repair mold bases as required for maintenance or engineering changes.
- Inspect mold components for wear or damage and recommend corrective action.
- Collaborate with mold makers, CNC machinists, and designers to resolve assembly or design issues.
- Operate overhead cranes and other lifting equipment safely.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including assembly logs and maintenance documentation.
- Follow all company safety policies and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Qualifications & Skills

- Completion of a Tool & Die, Mold Maker, or Mold Assembler apprenticeship (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in mold assembly or toolmaking is REQUIRED.
- Solid understanding of mold construction, materials, and machining processes is REQUIRED.




- Ability to read and interpret detailed engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Skilled in precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, indicators).
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
