Responsibilities

- Provide professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and care.
- Perform body waxing treatments safely and hygienically to ensure client comfort and satisfaction.
- Deliver excellent customer service by listening to clients’ needs, offering expert advice, and creating a relaxing experience.
- Maintain strict sanitation and cleanliness standards for all tools, workstations, and treatment areas to ensure health safety compliance.
- Upsell additional beauty services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales revenue.




- Communicate clearly with clients about treatment options, aftercare instructions, and product recommendations.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge to continually improve service quality.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or Beauty Therapist with a strong portfolio of nail care services.
- Knowledge of body waxing procedures and sanitation protocols.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients in a friendly manner.
- Demonstrated ability to upsell retail products and additional services effectively.
- Strong attention to detail, hygiene standards, and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Certification or licensing as required by local regulations for nail care and beauty therapy.
