With a minimum of three years' experience in clinical nursing, your expertise will support nurses in delivering high-quality care tailored to patients' needs. Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate exceptional patient care within the healthcare team
- Mentor nursing staff to uphold best practice standards
- Assess and implement changes for care improvement
- Advocate for patients while respecting diversity and cultural values
- Engage in ongoing qualified associations and training Requirements:
- Three years of recent clinical nursing experience in nephrology
- RN or LPN education from an accredited program
- Current licensure with CRNM or CLPNM
- Successful completion of specialized nephrology training
