In this independent contractor role, you will be accountable for assessing, diagnosing, and treating residents with diverse health needs while adhering to CNO standards. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments and evaluations
- Formulate diagnoses and consult with physicians as needed
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests for clinical decisions
- Develop and evaluate individualized care plans
- Foster therapeutic relationships to promote well-being Requirements:
- Current Nurse Practitioner registration with CNO
- Master's Degree and NP certification in relevant fields
- Qualified liability insurance
- Preferred membership in NPAO
