Nursing Informatics Specialist (AI Training) About The Role Your clinical expertise is more valuable than you know — beyond the bedside. We're looking for experienced nurses with health IT knowledge to help evaluate and improve AI systems being built for healthcare environments. Your real-world understanding of nursing workflows, EHR systems, and clinical documentation will directly shape how AI understands and supports patient care.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role working alongside world-leading AI research teams.

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Review and evaluate AI-generated clinical content, documentation, and workflows for accuracy, safety, and real-world applicability

Apply your nursing knowledge to assess how well AI systems reflect actual clinical practice and EHR usage

Identify gaps, errors, or unsafe outputs in AI responses related to nursing informatics and health IT

Provide structured, expert feedback to help improve AI model quality in healthcare contexts

Collaborate asynchronously with technical teams — no meetings required,



work on your own schedule Who You Are Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent clinical background with hands-on experience in clinical informatics or health IT

Experienced with EHR platforms such as Epic, Cerner, or similar systems

Solid understanding of clinical documentation workflows and nursing best practices

Able to analyze clinical scenarios and communicate insights clearly in writing

Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently Nice to Have Prior experience with data annotation, data quality review, or AI evaluation workflows

Background in nursing informatics, health data management, or clinical systems implementation
