As a Registered Dietician member with Valley Manor, you will play a crucial role in monitoring nutritional and hydration risks. This role requires excellent organizational skills to complete RAI-MDS assessments and respond promptly to dietary referrals. Collaborate with the Food and Nutrition Manager and interdisciplinary teams to create enjoyable dining experiences for Residents.

Key Responsibilities:



• Monitor and evaluate nutrition and hydration levels • Conduct RAI-MDS assessments on admission and annually • Develop customized nutritional care plans as needed • Provide dietary counselling to Residents and families • Participate in Care Conferences and quality initiatives

Requirements: • Current member of the College of Dietitians of Ontario • Liability insurance and TB testing mandatory • Previous experience in Long Term Care preferred • Positive problem-solving and communication abilities • Knowledge of computerized EMR systems an advantage
