- Robust hands-on experience with IBM Instana and Dynatrace .
- Experience with Application Performance Monitoring (APM) and enterprise observability platforms.
- Strong understanding of monitoring concepts including metrics, logs, traces, alerting, and distributed systems.
- Experience troubleshooting application performance issues in complex environments.
- Knowledge of cloud, hybrid cloud, and enterprise application architectures.
- Experience working with DevOps practices and production support environments.
- Instana certification and/or Dynatrace certification.
- Previous experience working within the banking/financial services industry is an asset.
- Experience with IBM technologies, cloud platforms, Kubernetes, OpenShift, or other cloud-native technologies.
- Background in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), DevOps, Cloud Operations, or Performance Engineering
