The Role
We are looking for an Office Administrator who will be the steady hand keeping our office running beautifully. This is the person who notices the empty milk carton before anyone else does, keeps our cupboards organized, makes sure the team has what they need, and quietly handles the variety of small things that would otherwise land on leadership’s plates.
Your priority will be keeping the office running smoothly, ensuring the team feels supported, and handling the many day-to-day details that make everything work. You’ll provide time for everyone in the office by taking ownership of operations and helping everything run seamlessly.
You won’t always have a task assigned to you in the moment.
We want someone who walks into the office, looks around, and sees what needs to be done.
Who You Are
- A good attitude. You bring warmth, curiosity, and care into the office every day
- Hardworking and accountable. You finish what you start and own the outcome.
- Forward facing. You’re looking for a long term role that has room to grow.
- Perceptive, you notice the small stuff: the dying plant, the squeaky door, the snack drawer that’s running low, the team member who’s clearly slammed.
- Highly organized. You love systems, lists, labelled bins, and a clean inbox.
- Resourceful. When you don’t know how, you figure it out.
- Detail-oriented. Mistakes are rare; follow-through is the norm.
- A team player who takes pride in supporting others and making the people around you better.
- Humble. No task is beneath you; this attitude applies to the leadership team as well.
Schedule & Compensation
- Schedule: 3-4 days per week, in-person at our Vancouver office. Days and hours are flexible to your needs and ours.
