【Key Responsibilities】
- Data Entry: Accurately inputting wholesale orders, updating inventory systems, and maintaining digital records.
- Inventory Support: Receiving incoming samples and cross-checking product codes/dimensions against packing slips.
- Quality Control:
Verifying that physical stock matches digital inventory lists to prevent fulfillment errors.
- Office Organization: Keeping the office workspace, sample area, and files neatly organized.
【Requirements】
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy is required (essential for matching product specifications, dimensions, and SKU numbers).
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic office software.
- Organization Skills: Clean, tidy, and methodical when organizing files and maintaining sample areas.
- Language: Proficient in English (Reading and Writing).
- Reliability: Punctual, honest, and able to work independently in a quiet office setting.
