We are looking for an experienced Operational Enablement SME / PMO Lead to support the ETS Risk Management organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior professional with strong expertise in Program Management, PMO, Governance, Executive Reporting, and Business Operations .

Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead PMO and operational enablement initiatives

✅ Coordinate governance activities and leadership reporting

✅ Drive Integrated Business Reviews (IBRs)

✅ Support workforce planning, resource management, and capacity forecasting

✅ Develop executive dashboards, presentations, and operational reports

✅ Establish and improve governance frameworks and operating models

✅ Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams

Required Skills





✔️ 10+ years of experience in PMO, Program Management, Business Operations, or Operational Excellence

✔️ Robust experience with executive reporting and governance

✔️ Expertise in workforce planning and operational management

✔️ Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint skills

✔️ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred

⭐ Experience in Risk Management, Financial Services, Banking, or Enterprise Technology organizations

⭐ PMP/PMI certification is a plus
