- Provide leadership for arena staff and operations
- Schedule and supervise work crews effectively

- Oversee maintenance and repairs for facilities
- Coordinate events and ensure proper staff coverage Requirements:
- Two-year diploma in Recreation Facility Management or similar
- 3-5 years of relevant maintenance and management experience
- Refrigeration certification is an asset
