Key Responsibilities - Maintain clear project priorities and ensure high-quality, timely deliverables are provided

- Lead investigations to validate submetering designs, accuracy of project documentation, hardware installations, and billing methodologies. Identify gaps or discrepancies.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of meter and billing configurations by performing data analysis, validating energy and water rate models and identifying billing anomalies.
- Assess issue scope and financial impact by developing materiality estimates and partnering with subject matter experts to validate outcomes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, communicating insights, risks, and recommendations to leadership while driving cross-functional alignment.




- Ensure effective execution and sustainability of corrective actions by monitoring outcomes and confirming resolution of identified issues.
- Support client communications by translating technical findings into clear, concise messaging and providing subject matter expertise as required.
- Travelling to client sites throughout Canada and the USA.

Requirements - Post-secondary education in Engineering, Energy Systems, Business, or a related discipline

- 2 years of experience in utilities, submetering, energy management, or a related analytical field
- Strong understanding of metering systems, data validation, and billing processes
- Robust written and oral communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience managing complex investigations and cross-functional initiatives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools;

experience with metering or billing platforms is an asset

- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., Measurement Canada, OEB) is preferred
