- Direct day-to-day project operations, ensuring work scope is delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget, while coordinating logistics, personnel, and site activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and supervise field/site operations.

- Ensure HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) compliance across all operations.

- Manage project schedules, resources, and third-party contractors.

- Resolve operational issues and escalate risks appropriately.

- Coordinate with technical, finance, and client teams for smooth execution.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.

- Minimum 10 years of experience in oil & gas operations, with at least 5 years in a supervisory/managerial role.

- Solid knowledge of HSE standards (e.g., NEBOSH, ISO 45001).

- Proven track record managing multi-disciplinary field teams.

- Excellent crisis management and decision-making skills.
