We're growing, and we're looking for an organized, dependable person to help keep our daily operations running smoothly.

Job Summary

As Operations Coordinator, you'll be the day-to-day glue between our dispatch team, our drivers, and our clients. This is a hands-on support role, a great fit for someone early in their career who is organized, a strong communicator, and eager to learn the logistics business from the ground up. You'll work closely with the operations team and get exposure to every part of how a courier company runs.

Duties

- Support the operations team with daily administrative tasks and help resolve issues as they come up
- Support the dispatch team with day-to-day operations, helping keep routes and deliveries on track
- Audit driver activity and delivery performance to spot gaps and recommend ways to improve efficiency
- Communicate with clients to provide delivery updates,



answer questions, and keep everything running smoothly
- Monitor daily deliveries and flag delays, exceptions, or route issues before they become problems
- Help maintain accurate records, delivery logs, and client information
- Assist with onboarding and coordinating drivers and owner-operators
- Pull together easy daily and weekly reports on delivery activity
- Take on other operational and administrative tasks as the team needs

Qualifications

- A University degree, ideally in logistics or equivalent field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with basic Excel or Google Sheets (entering data, simple formulas)
- Well-organized with strong attention to detail
- Able to juggle multiple tasks and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
- A customer-service mindset and a positive, team-first attitude
- Reliable and punctual
