This onsite role demands expertise in KYC/B, AML, and credit risk while enhancing team performance across risk operations. Your foundational work in establishing standards and processes will be vital to Loop's mission of empowering businesses globally. Key Responsibilities:
- Own onboarding review processes for business customers
- Manage AML program, including alert reviews and SAR filings
- Supervise credit decision workflows and portfolio health
- Establish risk dashboards and SLAs across the company
- Lead the risk operations team in daily functions Requirements:
- 6+ years in risk operations or related areas
- Hands-on experience with KYC/B and AML
- Solid leadership and analytical skills
- Knowledge of Canadian regulations, including RPAA
