About the role
As a Treatment Coordinator, you’ll be the bridge between our clinical team and patients—helping families understand treatment options, supporting case acceptance, and ensuring a smooth experience from consult to start.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and guide new patients through consults and treatment discussions
- Present treatment plans, fees, and payment options clearly and confidently
- Coordinate scheduling, follow-ups, and communication with families
- Support accurate documentation and workflow in our systems
- Collaborate closely with the orthodontist and team to deliver an exceptional patient experience

- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable discussing fees and handling sensitive conversations with care
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
- Dental/orthodontic experience is an asset, but we’ll train the right person
