Role Description The Organizational Wellness Business Development (Digital Health) role is a full-time remote position responsible for expanding AWE Digital Wellness within organizations and workplace settings. This role involves identifying and nurturing partnerships with employers, wellness programs, and health-focused organizations, presenting AWE solutions, and developing tailored proposals that align with organizational wellness goals. The individual will collaborate closely with product, marketing, and coaching teams to design and refine offerings that address digital dependency, mental wellbeing, and community-building needs in organizational environments.

Daily tasks include prospecting and outreach, conducting discovery meetings, creating presentations,



managing a pipeline of opportunities, and providing ongoing relationship management to ensure successful implementation and engagement. The role also includes gathering feedback from partners, monitoring performance metrics, and contributing insights to support continuous improvement of AWE’s digital wellness solutions.

Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills and customer service experience to build trust, manage relationships, and support organizational partners.

Background or demonstrated interest in health & wellness, psychology, neuroscience and to understand digital health, behavior change, and organizational wellbeing initiatives.

Excellent communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, presentation ability, and comfort speaking with diverse stakeholders.

Experience in business development, sales, partnership management, or account management in digital health, wellness, HR, or related fields.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and maintain an organized pipeline of prospects and partners.

Analytical and problem-solving skills to translate organizational needs into tailored wellness solutions and track outcomes against goals.

Familiarity with digital platforms, community-building tools, and basic CRM software; comfort working in a tech-enabled workplace.

Bachelor’s degree in business, health sciences, psychology, public health, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
