Position Type: Temporary Summer Position

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Painter to assist with facility improvement and maintenance projects during the summer months. The successful candidate will be responsible for painting company walls, preparing surfaces, completing minor repairs, and supporting general building maintenance activities to ensure the facility remains clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, patching, and repairing minor imperfections.
- Apply paint, primer, and finishes to interior walls, common areas, and other designated surfaces.
- Perform touch-ups and repaint areas as required to maintain a professional appearance.
- Complete basic repairs, including patching holes, minor drywall repairs, and other general maintenance tasks.
- Assist with facility upkeep and maintenance activities as assigned.




- Safely use painting tools, equipment, and basic hand tools.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and properly store materials after use.
- Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in painting, maintenance, or general labour is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of painting techniques, surface preparation, and repair methods.
- Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
- Robust attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, lifting, and working on ladders.
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.

Pay: $17.60-$17.70 per hour
