We are looking for an experienced, reliable bookkeeper to assist with bank reconciliations and trouble-shooting related to allocating loans and transfers.

The position is currently project-oriented, but will also involve regular weekly maintenance for several clients.

8-12 hours per week with room to grow for the right candidate. Schedule to be discussed; willing to allow work outside of business hours for the right candidate with the right experience. Primarily work from home.

Duties and Requirements

- MUST have extensive experience with Quickbooks ONLINE** (we do not use Desktop)
- MUST understand general journal entries and how to post adjustments for interest on loans etc.
- Post receipts and expenses using HubDoc, manage matches in QBO
- Explicit weekly bank activity in QBO feed import




- Bank and credit card reconciliations; must be able to troubleshoot reconciliation discrepancies

The candidate will need to commit to a set schedule of work, though the exact days and times picked can be flexible. Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
