Part-Time Dental Receptionist for Wednesday & Saturday (might be more days in the future)

Our friendly and growing dental clinic is looking for a part-time receptionist to join our team!

We are seeking someone who is organized, qualified, and enjoys working with patients in a welcoming, fast-paced environment.

Position Details:

· Role: Dental Receptionist (Part-Time)

· Pay: $18–$26 per hour (based on experience)

· Schedule: Part-time (Wednesday & Saturday)

Responsibilities:

· Greeting and checking in patients

· Scheduling appointments and managing the clinic calendar

· Answering phone calls and responding to patient inquiries

· Processing payments and assisting with insurance claims

· Maintaining organized and accurate patient records

Qualifications:





· Dental front desk experience +1 year.

· Excellent communication skills

· Positive and welcoming demeanour

· Professional presentation and well-groomed appearance

· Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.25-$26.00 per hour
