Required
- A valid Ontario Security Guard License
- Current Standard First Aid &
• CPR certificate
- Must be able to communicate verbally and written in English
- Must be comfortable working at a Desk performing Desk Duties and conducting patrols on foot.
- Must maintain a full concierge uniform and perform all duties in a professional manner at all times.
- Prior service-industry experience or training required.
- References will be requested.

- A customer service focused background in retail or service industry

Job Requirements:
- Greet and Welcome all Guests in the Area
- Conduct Access Control
- Answering Phone Calls &
• Receiving Packages including logging them in the database when Required
- Interior &
• Exterior Patrols as required, including but not restricted to parking lots, stairwells, hallways, common area facilities
- Answering questions and Inquires.
- Providing Excellent Customer Service by being polite and professional at all times.
- Coordinating &
• Liaising with Police and other Emergency Services Providers as Required
- Providing Detailed Reports Including Occurrence, Incident, and Patrol Reports as Required
- Reporting and Documenting any Safety Hazards to the Site Supervisor as required.
- Must follow all SOP protocols including time management and attendance.
