Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing our offerings with confidence and clarity
- Engage in persuasive conversations to identify customer needs and present tailored solutions
- Negotiate terms effectively to secure new business opportunities while maintaining positive relationships
- Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to log interactions, track leads, and update client information accurately
- Collaborate with the marketing team to follow up on campaigns and maximize outreach efforts
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, ensuring excellent customer service throughout every call




- Support business development initiatives by qualifying leads and setting appointments for further engagement

Skills

- Strong negotiation abilities with a focus on B2B (business-to-business) sales strategies
- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or technology sales environments
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer data and sales pipelines
- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Knowledge of marketing principles and techniques to effectively promote products or services
- Technical sales experience is preferred, especially related to technology or software solutions
- Customer service orientation with the ability to listen actively and respond empathetically
- Business development skills to identify opportunities and foster long-term client relationships

Pay: $15.00-$20.00 per hour
