As a Parts and Inventory Lead, you will support daily operations, ensuring timely availability of parts to maintain production efficiency. - Supervise daily operations of the Parts and Inventory team
- Delegate tasks like picking, inventory control, and material movement
- Train team members on processes and safety procedures
- Oversee kitting for engine rebuilds, ensuring all parts are present
- Investigate discrepancies and maintain inventory accuracy Requirements:
- 5+ years of warehouse or inventory experience
- Minimum 2 years in a leadership role
