Ox Fleet Care, part of Bartels Group Inc., is looking for a reliable and organized Parts Technician to support our busy fleet service operation located in Dundas, ON. If you enjoy working in a hands-on shop environment, keeping things running smoothly, and supporting a skilled team of mechanics and technicians, this is a great opportunity to join a growing organization.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for ordering parts, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the right parts get to the right people—fast. Your work will directly support the maintenance of specialized fleet equipment for Super Sucker Hydro Vac Services and Bartels Environmental Services, helping keep critical vehicles on the road.

What You’ll Do

Parts Ordering & Receiving

- Order parts based on technician requests and work orders
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments
- Work with vendors on timelines, discrepancies, and returns
- Coordinate priority orders with the Parts & Service Supervisor

Inventory Management

- Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse and yard
- Perform regular inventory and cycle counts
- Replenish commonly used parts and update inventory systems
- Maintain accurate bin labels, part locations, and stock levels

Shop Support

- Quickly locate and distribute requested parts to technicians
- Assist in identifying parts for heavy-duty trucks and equipment




- Help maintain an organized, safe parts area
- Support general shop operations as needed

What You Bring

- 2+ years experience in a parts department (heavy truck/equipment experience is a plus)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid G-Class Ontario driver’s license
- Strong organization and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with inventory management or parts lookup systems
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced shop workplace

Physical Requirements

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable standing, crouching, and working in tight spaces
- Ability to work in shop and outdoor yard environments (dust, noise, grease, etc.)
