In the role of Machine Shop Supervisor, you will guide and manage the team by ensuring effective resource utilization and optimal production schedules.

- Supervise and support Machining employees' performance
- Manage workflow and resource allocation effectively
- Improve operations through coaching and initiatives
- Ensure adherence to workplace safety standards
- Conduct annual performance evaluations and counseling Requirements:
- College diploma or applicable technical experience
- 5+ years’ supervisory experience as a certified Machinist
- Understanding of Lean Manufacturing preferred
- Hands on experience with milling and CNC machines
