You are expected to be in the office three days a week to support initiatives collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities:



• Serve as a primary advisor for E&E; Vancouver Studio leaders • Coach senior leaders on organizational effectiveness • Lead talent and performance initiatives with L&D; COE • Manage performance processes and year-end reviews • Collaborate on local Canadian advantages administration

Requirements: • 7+ years of HR/People Business Partner experience • Skilled in influencing and communicating with executives • Proficient across core People domains and HRIS tools • Experience in high-growth tech or product organizations • Balance data-driven decisions with empathy and judgement
