Role Description This is an on-site, contract Photographer role based in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada. The Photographer will capture wedding ceremonies, receptions, and related events, ensuring high-quality images that align with Nazra’s visual standards and client expectations. tasks include photographing shot lists, setting up and testing camera and lighting equipment, and capturing candid and posed photographs throughout each event. The Photographer is expected to maintain qualified communication, manage timelines, and adapt to changing schedules and event conditions.

Photograph weddings while maintaining a luxury, editorial style.
Confidently direct couples, bridal parties, and families into natural, elegant poses.
Capture genuine candid moments as well as professionally directed portraits.
Work efficiently under the direction of our creative team and follow our shooting standards.
Use professional lighting techniques both indoors and outdoors.
Treat every client, family member, and guest with professionalism and respect.
Maintain strict client privacy and confidentiality at all times.

We are looking for photographers who are passionate about creating elegant, editorial wedding imagery and who share our commitment to delivering a luxury experience for every couple. Qualifications
Strong technical and artistic photography skills,
Demonstrated experience in wedding with a portfolio showcasing diverse styles and settings.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to communicate effectively with couples, families, and wedding vendors.
Ability to work on-site in the Greater Toronto Area, including evenings and weekends, and to stand or move for extended periods. Strong portfolio showcasing wedding photography (editorial/luxury work preferred).
Excellent posing and client direction skills.
Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and storytelling.

Continuous lighting
Light stands and C-stands
Professional lighting modifiers
Ability to work in fast-paced wedding environments.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to wedding venues.

Previous professional experience in wedding services or event production in Canada is an asset; formal training in photography or visual arts is beneficial but not required.
