Hours: Mondays & Fridays, 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Compensation:

- $18.50/hour during the 3-month probationary period
- $20.00/hour upon successful completion of probation

About the Role

As our Patient Care Coordinator, you'll play an essential role in delivering an exceptional patient experience while supporting both our front desk and clinical teams.

This is a dynamic role where no two days are exactly the same.

Some moments you'll be welcoming patients and answering phones. Other times you'll be preparing treatment rooms, assisting therapists, folding towels, helping with laundry, applying modalities, or ensuring the clinic looks its absolute best.

What You'll Be Doing:

Patient Experience & Front Desk

- Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Book, reschedule, and confirm appointments
- Process payments and assist with direct billing
- Help keep clinic schedules running smoothly
- Ensure every patient receives an outstanding experience

Clinical Support Working under the direction of our licensed physiotherapists, you may:

- Prepare treatment rooms
- Apply and remove modalities including IFC, TENS, heat packs, ice, and compression




- Assist patients with exercises when directed by a physiotherapist
- Help clinicians throughout the day to ensure efficient patient care

Clinic Operations

- Laundry
- Folding towels
- Restocking supplies
- Organizing treatment rooms
- Cleaning treatment rooms
- Maintaining reception areas
- Maintaining patient and staff washrooms
- Supporting the team wherever needed
