Accelerate resident care quality as the Manager at Pioneer Manor in Greater Sudbury, one of Ontario's largest municipally operated long-term care homes. This leadership role involves managing a significant clinical workforce. You will provide oversight and direction for approximately 400 nursing and personal care staff while ensuring compliance with the Fixing Long-Term Care Act.

Your responsibilities include managing operational planning, quality improvement initiatives, and risk management, all within a complex and unionized setting.
