Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic Placement Coordinator to lead the vital process of connecting talented individuals with meaningful opportunities.

Duties

- Coordinate placement activities by matching program participants with suitable organizations based on skills, interests, and program goals
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partner organizations to facilitate ongoing collaboration and placement opportunities
- Provide guidance and support to participants throughout the placement process, including pre-placement preparation and post-placement follow-up
- Track and document all placement activities, ensuring accurate records of participant progress and organization feedback
- Organize orientation sessions, workshops, or meetings to prepare participants for their placements and clarify expectations




- Address any challenges or issues that arise during placements promptly, working collaboratively to find effective solutions
- Promote program awareness by engaging with community partners, schools, or organizations to expand placement opportunities

Qualifications

- Experience working with children or youth in educational, community, or social service settings is highly desirable
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and support diverse groups of participants
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in record-keeping and communication
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple placements simultaneously
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a positive attitude toward overcoming challenges
- Explicit understanding of the importance of confidentiality and professionalism in working with minors and partner organizations
