Montreal Lake Child and Family Agency Inc. is seeking a Post Majority Care Worker to assist First Nations youth transitioning to adulthood in Prince Albert. Provide culturally appropriate support to youth aged 18-26 through dedicated service coordination.

This contract position lasts one year and focuses on youth in care and those aging out. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or Human Services, coupled with relevant experience. Your role will ensure safety, well-being, and legislative compliance while supporting Indigenous youth.

Key Responsibilities:



• Coordinate service planning for youth aging out of care • Support First Nations youth in their transition to adulthood • Ensure compliance with Child Youth and Family Services Act • Collaborate with community stakeholders for effective case management • Implement culturally appropriate strategies for youth support

Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or related field preferred • 1-2 years of direct service experience with children • Knowledge of Indigenous community needs and customs • Familiarity with First Nation service delivery • Experience working with youth in transition
