! PowerSports Parts Advisor or Service Advisor Wanted !

Are you passionate about powersports & ready to play a key role in keeping engines roaring? Whether it’s ripping through trails on a dirt bike, sledding across the snow, or conquering off-road adventures in a side-by-side, we're on the hunt for either a Parts Advisor, or a Service Advisor to help all of our customers live their best ride!

What you’ll be doing:

- Provide strong, friendly customer service in person, over the phone, and by email
- Assist with parts lookups, orders, and maintaining accurate inventory
- Support service operations including job dispatching and scheduling
- Perform service intake (unit walk-arounds, notes, and photos)
- Communicate clearly between customers and technicians on timelines and updates
- Maintain accurate records (work orders, unit details, customer information)
- Assist with warranty claims and general administrative tasks
- Support receiving and ordering parts.
- Keep the parts and service areas clean, organized, and efficient
- Work closely with the sales and service teams to support overall operations

What you bring to the table:

- Power sports Passion: You don’t have to be an expert, but you should have a solid interest in motorcycles, ATVs, snowmobiles, or other power sports products!
- Energy & Enthusiasm: You’ll be the go to person for parts or service, so having a positive, & approachable attitude is key for providing elite customer service.
- Detail-Oriented: Accuracy is critical when dealing with service, or parts & inventory. Your penchant for detail will go far with us & our customers!




- Team Player: Whether you're working with customers or teammates, you'll need to be adaptable & ready to pitch in whenever necessary.
- Technologically Savvy: Knowledge in Windows computers is helpful. As well as experience with reading technical drawings & confidence reading alpha-numeric part coding system.
- Penmanship: The ability to produce clear & legible writing is a big strength to keep up easy communication & organization.

Bonus points for:

- Previous experience in parts & accessories! (but if not, we’ll train you!)
- OR, Previous experience in Service!
- Familiarity with power sport products
- A love for riding & understanding what makes a ride great!
