Responsibilities

- Set up and operate CNC press brakes to produce precision formed parts.

- Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.

- Select the correct tooling and perform machine setups.

- Verify dimensions using calipers, tape measures, protractors, and other precision measuring equipment.

- Perform first-off, in-process, and final inspections to ensure parts meet specifications.

- Make minor program or machine adjustments as required.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

- Work safely while following all company policies and procedures.

- Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Previous experience operating CNC press brakes is preferred.

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

- Experience using precision measuring instruments.





- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.

- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required.

- Comfortable standing, bending, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift.

- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with custom, low-volume or one-off manufacturing.

- Forklift or overhead crane experience is considered an asset.

- Experience working in a machining or metal fabrication environment.

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
