Responsibilities

- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Foster a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages exploration, creativity, and respectful interactions among children.
- Observe and assess each child's progress, tailoring activities to meet individual needs and abilities.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about children's development,



milestones, and any concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that adheres to safety standards and promotes learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan activities, share best practices, and support inclusive education strategies.

Qualifications

- 5 Year Early Childhood Education Certification (Required)
- Experience teaching at a preschool or running a preschool program (Not required, but highly recommended)
